Upload your videos or connect your social profile
When you finish, Genuin has your existing videos, has sorted them into communities, groups, categories, topics, and keywords for you, and has generated a landing page (your content hub) from them. Your part takes about 10 minutes of your time; the AI does the rest in the background.
Before you begin
- Any of the following: a folder of videos, your YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram profile link, or a podcast RSS feed. Nothing else is required.
What Octo does
- Octo pulls your existing videos from the sources you approved in Connect your website, app, and podcast feed (uploads, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcast RSS). It never posts on your behalf; it reads.
- Octo classifies every video into a community, a group inside it, and a set of categories, topics, and keywords, using your brand context and the crawl so the groups match how your site is organized.
- Octo generates your landing page, the content hub: brand kit applied, best clips first, groups as sections, a search box over your keywords.
- Octo shows the classification and the hub as a preview and flags the videos it was least sure about.
What you approve
- The groups and the flagged videos. Drag a video to another group; Octo learns from the move and re-checks the rest. Most people change nothing.
- The hub preview. Approve it as the draft to launch in Launch your first community: your owned-and-operated space; nothing is public yet.
Make Octo smarter
- Add the audience and topic notes Octo cannot see ("our listeners are first-time home buyers"; "Season 3 is about retirement") under Brand → Context; classification and the hub layout get noticeably better.
Need help? Octo is available 24/7 in BCC and on every page of these docs. Ask it in plain language; when the answer needs a person, Octo brings the right account manager, developer, or Ops engineer into the same thread and stays on it until it is solved. Every Business Account owner has this, on every plan (see 24/7 Octo-enabled support: how Octo brings in account managers, developers, and Ops).
What you get
- Your first community, its groups, and a content hub, all generated from content you already had.
- Categories, topics, and keywords on every video; these are what feeds are built from in Distribute your feeds across 7K+ apps and sites.
- Nothing public yet: the hub is a preview until you launch it in Launch your first community: your owned-and-operated space.
