Evaluate

Which demand sources can I switch on and in what order?

Genuin network share first, then brand partners (Paid Partner Posts and Takeovers), then programmatic, then commerce and subscriptions. Each is switched on in Monetize → Demand once sellers are verified.

Set up

Which agreement do I sign?

Network revenue share for Genuin-sold demand only; platform agreement if you sell to your own partners or run your own ad server; managed service (Extended O&O) if Genuin operates and sells for you; commerce media schedule if first-party data, in-video commerce, and margin reporting are in scope.

What is ads.txt and why can't demand serve until it is green?

ads.txt on your domain and your entry in Genuin's sellers.json tell buyers who is authorized to sell your inventory; most programmatic demand will not bid without them. BCC generates the lines, crawls daily, and alerts you if a line disappears.

Monetize

Genuin Ad Server or my own ad server?

Genuin Ad Server if you want demand without ad ops; your partner ad server (GAM, FreeWheel, Beeswax) if it already holds your direct deals and must stay the system of record. Genuin ad operations configures tags for either; blocklists apply to both.

How do I sell a sponsorship to a brand?

Create a package (groups, placements, window, outcome forecast) under Monetize → Packages and either send a proposal link the brand accepts in its own BCC or list it in Marketplace and AdCP. Creative goes through approvals; delivery and billing are handled in BCC.

What is a Paid Partner Takeover versus a Paid Partner Post?

A Post is one partner video ranked inside a group with disclosure and pacing, priced per thousand views or per post. A Takeover gives a partner a placement, page type, or group for a fixed window, priced per window.

How do I set floors, and what moves eCPM?

Floors are per placement on the grid; BCC proposes them from your brand safety profile and context. A higher brand safety profile, richer context, verified sellers, and viewability all raise what buyers pay; blocklists lower fill and the Ad quality report shows what each rule costs.

What do AI buyer agents see when they discover our inventory?

Your listed packages as AdCP paid_partnership products carrying an outcome block (projected RAR, attributed commerce forecast, net margin on ad spend) rather than reach alone, answered by Genuin's Network Sales Agent; a create_media_buy commits the buy.

Can I sell my audience on other people's inventory?

Yes under a commerce schedule: audience extension targets your segments on offsite inventory through the same exchanges at programmatic CPMs, with attribution back to your network.

How do subscriptions and paid access fit alongside ads?

Gate premium groups, a community, or a live event; bill through Genuin or pass entitlement from your own system in the auto login token. Reports show MRR and which placement converted each member.

How does a partner's classification change what I can sell them?

Role and relationship set the package types they see: endemic demand brands get category groups and Paid Partner Posts, non-endemic ones get Takeovers and audience extension, data brands can co-target segments, and resellers earn a share instead of paying. Scale sets the agreement and service level.

Measure

How is revenue reported and reconciled?

Daily along the grid by demand source, partner, package, cohort, and experience, with Genuin share, your share, and creator share; final within five business days after month end and reconciled against your agreement.

How do I price to margin instead of CPM?

Reports → Margin shows revenue per impression, cost per impression, net margin per impression, and net margin on ad spend by placement and partner; set floors to a target net margin and rank partners by it at renewal.

Troubleshoot

Fill is low. What do I check first?

Seller status green for every domain and app, floors not above what the brand safety profile supports, blocklist cost in the Ad quality report, placement sizes buyers actually bid on, and viewability of the placement position.
