Plans explained: Free, Self-serve, and Enterprise
Genuin has three plans; most networks launch on Free, upgrade to Self-serve when they want their own demand sources, and move to Enterprise when they want Genuin to operate the network as a managed service. Reading time about 3 minutes.
| Free | Self-serve | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who | Creators, podcasters, any site testing video | Companies and brands running their own network | Publishers, commerce and retail media networks |
| Hosting and delivery | Included when you distribute and monetize through the Genuin network | Included when you distribute and monetize through the Genuin network; metered otherwise | Negotiated; never charged for inventory monetized through Genuin |
| Demand | Genuin network revenue share | Add your own brand partners, ad server, subscriptions | Everything, plus Extended O&O, managed ad ops, AdCP listing, margin reporting |
| Studio and Canvas | Studio with monthly generation limits | Studio and Canvas scheduling | Unlimited with dedicated production lines |
| Agreement | Terms of service, click-through | Self-serve agreement, click-through | Enterprise agreement, e-signed |
| Support | Community and docs | Email, next business day | Named CSM, SLA |
How pricing works
Genuin's pricing stance is simple: if your inventory is monetized through Genuin, you do not pay to serve it. Revenue share applies to network demand; a platform fee applies to demand you bring yourself; and Enterprise agreements set both in a single schedule. Exact rates appear in BCC under Settings → Plan for your model and region, and in Plans, billing, and invoices.
What Octo does
Octo reads this article for you too: it already knows your model, your demand sources, and your scale, and proposes the plan to start on (most networks start Free) and the point at which an upgrade pays for itself, with the numbers from the pricing schedule.
What you approve
- The plan. Choose it, or ask Octo to compare two plans against your expected views and demand.
Make Octo smarter
- Tell Octo your budget rules and who signs under Brand → Context; it times the upgrade proposal and routes the agreement to the right signer.
Need help? Octo is available 24/7 in BCC and on every page of these docs. Ask it in plain language; when the answer needs a person, Octo brings the right account manager, developer, or Ops engineer into the same thread and stays on it until it is solved. Every Business Account owner has this, on every plan (see 24/7 Octo-enabled support: how Octo brings in account managers, developers, and Ops).
