Invite creators, hosts, and contributors

Screen. Studio for creators: repost into communities, add linkouts for affiliate earnings, and join Quests. Invitations are drafted for you.

When you finish, the people who make content for your brand (hosts, employees, creators, superfans) can post into your groups under rules you set, and their earnings are tracked from the first post. Your part takes about 10 minutes.

Before you begin

What Octo does

  1. Octo proposes the people who should post: hosts and talent it found on your site and in your video credits, employees from your directory, and the superfans who already comment most on your content, each with a tier (Host, Contributor, Member creator) and the groups they may post into.
  2. Octo drafts the invites and a first Quest (a brief with a deadline and a reward) that fills the group with the least content.
  3. Octo proposes the creator share from your plan and model so earnings are tracked from the first post.

What you approve

  • The people, their tiers, and their groups. Add or remove anyone.
  • The Quest and the creator share.
  • Choose Approve and invite. Creator profiles appear on their posts, the per-creator report starts, and Octo proposes new creators as they emerge.

Make Octo smarter

  • Tell Octo who your talent is and who must never be invited under Brand → Context; it respects both lists when it proposes creators.

Need help? Octo is available 24/7 in BCC and on every page of these docs. Ask it in plain language; when the answer needs a person, Octo brings the right account manager, developer, or Ops engineer into the same thread and stays on it until it is solved. Every Business Account owner has this, on every plan (see 24/7 Octo-enabled support: how Octo brings in account managers, developers, and Ops).

What you get

  • Creator profiles that appear on their posts with your brand kit.
  • A per-creator view in Reports showing views, watch time, and earned revenue.
  • An audit trail of who posted what, which brand safety review relies on.
