What should the first 30 videos be?

Clips from your strongest existing long-form content, cut by Studio for hooks, plus product videos if you have a catalog. Thirty is the floor for Maya to rank rather than loop; freshness is the next strongest driver.

How does Studio decide what to clip, and can I edit it?

It finds moments by transcript, audio energy, and on-screen signals, reframes, captions in your brand voice, and proposes a group. Everything lands in Drafts for approval, and your edits train its preferences.

Can one video live in several groups or placements?

Yes. Content can belong to more than one group; adding or moving a group re-ranks it across placements within minutes and keeps its history. Adaptation re-cuts it for other sizes or partner brand kits.

Should I upload to my hub or to YouTube first?

Upload to your hub first. The AI classifies it, then Curate and Schedule syndicate it to YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram with a link back, so you keep the first-party view of who watched and can wrap ads and sponsorships around the original.

How do I run a Quest that actually gets entries?

Write the brief in plain words, pick the group and a deadline, and stack rewards: a small guaranteed reward for valid entries, a larger prize, a revenue share, and a featured placement. Most networks see entries within a day.

How do creator tiers work?

Hosts can go live, pin, and answer Q&A with posts straight to feed; Contributors post to assigned groups straight to feed; Member creators post to open groups through the moderation queue.

How does moderation work day to day?

A classifier plus your keyword and topic lists score every post; flagged items are held, removed, or labelled by source; the queue has SLA timers, assignment, bulk actions, and an appeal flow; a weekly digest summarizes it.

Can I accept other brands' content, and what can they do?

Yes, into named groups under your rules: they can appear in those groups, carry their brand on the post, be ranked by Maya, and earn a share you set; they cannot appear elsewhere, change your brand kit, bypass moderation, or collect viewer data.

How do live sessions work and what happens to them afterwards?

A Host schedules a Live & Q&A session with questions and polls; the replay is kept and Studio turns it into Shorts clips automatically.

What does Canvas do without me, and can I stop it?

Within the goals, cadence, and guardrails you set, its Growth fleet scouts trends, briefs Studio, schedules, and runs Quests; its Monetization fleet packages, prices, and reports. Every action is logged in the Journal and reversible; approval mode can require review for everything or only for paid content.
