Developer Resources: SDKs, API keys, and integration tools

Everything a developer needs to connect a Business Account on Brand Control Center (BCC) to your own surfaces and systems: the client SDKs that render Genuin in your website and apps, the server API that creates communities, groups, members, and posts from your backend, and the data destinations that send member activity back to your warehouse.

Developer Resources is organized in three layers, so you can read the explanation first and open the reference when you write code.

GuidesArticle-style explanations: which tool fits, how sign-in works, how contextual feeds and ads are chosen, how data leaves GenuinChoose an SDK, the API, or both

SDK ReferenceTechnical reference for the Web, iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter SDKs and the iAB Standard Size Experience SDKs, with install steps, parameters, and codeEmbed the Genuin Web SDK on your website, Integrate the Genuin iOS SDK, Integrate the Genuin Android SDK, Integrate the Genuin SDK with React Native apps, Integrate the Genuin SDK with Flutter apps

Quick start

  1. Read Choose an SDK, the API, or both to decide which surfaces need an SDK and which jobs belong on your server.
  2. Read Environments, credentials, and test data for the two environments (Production and QA), the credentials each tool takes, and where to find them in BCC.
  3. Follow Make your first API request to make your first authenticated request: a token, a community, a group, a member, and a posted video, in five calls.
  4. Add the SDK for your first surface (see Embed the Genuin Web SDK on your website, Integrate the Genuin iOS SDK, Integrate the Genuin Android SDK, Integrate the Genuin SDK with React Native apps, Integrate the Genuin SDK with Flutter apps, and Initialize the Genuin SDK and load a feed in Flutter) and sign members in with Auto Login (see How Auto Login works and Sign members out and handle expired sessions).

The API and SDK blocks at the end of every other article in these docs show which calls do the work that article describes. Live API today and the Business Account API roadmap explains which of those calls are live today and which belong to the proposed Business Account API (see Business Account API: provisioning, OAuth, and the resource map).
