Set up rewards for your communities
Reward community members for sharing your content to their own social accounts, based on the impressions those shares earn.
Rewards let you reward community members for sharing your content to their own social accounts. Genuin tracks the impressions those shares earn on each member's profile, and members are rewarded in their Wallet based on those impressions.

Set up rewards
You set up rewards for your communities under Grow > Rewards in your Business Account. Members can then take on a reward, share your content, and earn.
How members earn
- A member takes on a reward.
- The member shares your content to their own social accounts.
- Genuin tracks the impressions those shares earn on the member's profile.
- The member is rewarded in their Wallet based on those impressions.
What members see in their Wallet
The Wallet holds what each member and creator earns on your network. Rewards settle there next to revenue share and tips, and members withdraw on their own schedule.
A member's Wallet shows:
- Reward credits, the points members earn for the actions you choose. Learn more in Configure and distribute reward credits.
- Cash Earnings, which members deposit to their bank account.
Rewards, challenges, and creator programs
- Challenges are a separate feature, for campaigns built around content submissions. Rewards are for sharing your content, while a challenge asks members to submit content of their own. Learn how in Launch a challenge for member participation.
- A creator program lets hosts, employees, partners, and fans make content for your network under rules you set, and each creator has a tier. Learn more in Creator programs and Rewards.
- Creators earn a revenue share on their content, and it settles into the same Wallet as rewards and tips. Learn more in Wallet and Revenue Share.
