Let’s talk about something real—how intimacy with your partner can shift big time after having a baby. Between sleepless nights, new routines, and the emotional demands of parenting, it’s easy for connection to take a backseat. If you’ve felt distant or disconnected, you’re not alone. ❤️ In this week’s PedsDocTalk Podcast episode🎙, I invited on Tracy Dalgleish (@drtracyd) a Couples Therapist, Author, and Founder of Be Connected Digital, to dive into the challenges of rebuilding intimacy post-baby, practical tips to reconnect, and how to communicate with compassion during this season of life. Tune in and remind yourself: it’s okay to struggle, and it’s possible to find your way back. 🎧 To give it a listen and get a link to the episode sent directly to your DMs, comment or DM me “PODCAST LINK”.
