CCTV footage has surfaced showing three men getting a pollution check done for the white Hyundai i20 that later exploded near Delhi’s Red Fort on Monday (November 10), killing at least 13 people. The video, dated October 29, shows the car (HR 26CE 7674) parked beside a Pollution Under Control (PUC) booth. One man, dressed in a shirt, is seen speaking to officials, while two others — one in a grey t-shirt and another in a white t-shirt with a backpack — join shortly after. The trio is then seen getting into the vehicle and driving away. Investigators are verifying the identities of the men captured in the footage.
