Prime Minister #NarendraModi, who is on a trip to Bhutan, said today (Nov 11) Delhi car blast was part of a ‘conspiracy’ and assured that those responsible for the attack will be brought to justice. The deadly blast outside Red Fort on Monday evening has claimed 13 lives so far. Speaking in Thimphu, Bhutan, he said, "The conspirators behind this will not be spared. All those responsible will be brought to justice." The Prime Minister arrived in Thimphu earlier in the day on a two-day visit to the neighbouring nation to join the 70th birthday celebrations of King Jigme Singye Wangchuck. #RedFort #Delhi #PMModi
