Step 1: Access the Community Management Section
- Sign in to your Brand Control Center dashboard.
- Navigate to the Groups tab.
- Locate the specific community you wish to manage, click the three-dot menu icon, and select Edit Group to proceed with adding new members.

Step 2: Open Members section
- Inside the community, go to Members
- Click on + Add Members

Step 3: Add member details
You can add members using one of the following methods:
- Manual Entry
