Creator programs and Rewards
A creator program is how you let hosts, employees, partners, and fans make content for your network under rules you set, and Rewards let members earn for sharing your content to their own social accounts. Reading time about 5 minutes.
Tiers
| Tier | Can | Posts go |
|---|---|---|
| Host | Go live, pin, feature, answer Q&A | Straight to feed |
| Contributor | Post to assigned groups | Straight to feed |
| Member creator | Post to open groups | Moderation queue first |
Member creators' posts go through moderation before they appear (see Set moderation and brand safety).
Rewards
- In your Business Account, go to Grow > Rewards.
- Set up a reward for your community.
Members take on the reward and share your content to their own social accounts. Genuin tracks the impressions those shares earn on each member's profile, and members are rewarded in their Wallet based on those impressions (see Revenue reporting, payouts, and the Wallet).
Incentives that work
Combine them: rewards for members based on the impressions their shares earn, a revenue share on views for creators, and visibility (featured in a placement).
Program health
The Creators report shows active creators, posts per creator, approval rate, and earned revenue; in Canvas, part of Supervised Intelligence, the Community builder (see Canvas: run your network with growth and monetization agents) reads the same numbers and keeps groups healthy: content mix, creator participation, and moderation load.
How it runs
What this article describes is built from your brand context and the crawl, shown rendered, and applied on your confirmation; later changes arrive as proposals in the same shape.
Support. Help is available 24/7 from your Business Account and from every page of these docs. Ask in plain language; when a person is needed, an account manager, developer, or Ops engineer joins the same thread and stays on it until it is resolved. Every Business Account owner has this on every plan (see 24/7 Octo support: how Octo brings in account managers, developers, and Ops).
API & SDK
Access: the calls in the table are the proposed Business Account API (see Business Account API: provisioning, OAuth, and the resource map), authenticated with a key scoped to the account and a role or an OAuth client acting for it; every confirmation in this article becomes a proposal you can approve by API (POST /proposals/{proposalId}:approve). Live today, the server API under /api/thirdparty authenticates with a gn-access-token (see Generate an access token), and Live API today and the Business Account API roadmap maps what is live to what is proposed.
