How can a brand build and manage its network in the Brand Control Center?
The Network module transforms Brand Control Center from a single-brand system into a network-driven ecosystem.
Instead of directly adding brands, you now:
- Build consent-based relationships
- Control who accesses your content and data
- Lay the foundation for future monetization and partnerships
This ensures:
- Secure collaboration
- Transparent brand relationships
- Scalable cross-brand growth
Step-by-step guide
1. Navigate to Network
- Go to: Manage > Network
- You will see 3 categories:
- Retail Brands

- Consumer Brands

- Media & Entertainment Brands

Each category has an “+ Add Brand” CTA.
2. Add / Invite a brand
Click + Add Brand under any category.

3. Select relationship type
Choose how your brand connects:
| Relationship | When to use |
|---|---|
| Partner | Existing external relationship |
| Holding Company | Parent brand |
| House Brand | Subsidiary / owned brand |
| Aspire to Partner | New collaboration |
Note: This selection defines future access and monetization logic.
4. Enter brand details
Fill in:
- Brand Handle (mandatory & unique)
- Contact Email (mandatory)
- Phone Number (optional)
- Website URL
- Social Media Handles (YouTube + others)
Important:
- Social handles are only accessible after invite acceptance
- Use valid work email IDs (avoid dummy domains)
5. Choose invitation method
- Email (default)
- SMS (optional, requires phone number)

- At least one method must be selected
- SMS is disabled if phone number is missing

6. Track invitation status
You’ll see the brand in the Network table with status:
