The path from awareness to action is rarely linear.

The path from awareness to action is rarely linear. I might see someone demo a new cleaning product one week, and only later start searching for it. That gap, between impression and intent, is where the noise creeps in. It’s not the media’s fault. It’s the algorithm, deciding what it thinks I need in that moment. For builders and brands, the challenge is clear: craft messages that cut through the noise, but also flex across platforms. Sometimes that means being sharp and concise. Other times, playful and casual. The key is matching the tone to the channel—on the user’s terms, not the algorithm’s.
