As a builder, I want to know everything I can about my user.

As a builder, I want to know everything I can about my user. Today’s digital world is full of noise, mixed signals, and skewed information, and cutting through it requires more than mass segmentation. That’s why I believe in trying to get as much of a unified identity as possible, almost like a user’s “DNA.” Instead of over-generalizing with products designed for broad, dollar-driven segments, we now have the power to personalize more deeply. To define our communities. To know who we’re building for. Because ultimately, I want to say: I’m the right fit for you—and to do that, I need to know you as intimately as possible.
