Studio: produce brand video from podcasts, long-form, and catalogs

Studio turns the content you already have into brand-ready vertical video, drafts titles and captions in your brand voice, and assigns each piece to a group, so a library grows from sources rather than from a production team. Reading time about 6 minutes.

Inputs Studio accepts

  • Long-form video and audio: podcast RSS, YouTube and Vimeo channels, uploads, live replays.
  • Product catalogs: feed URL or commerce platform connection; Studio builds product videos from images, copy, and reviews.
  • Text: articles and show notes become narrated explainer clips.
  • Partner content accepted into your groups (see Accept partner content into your ecosystem), re-cut to your brand kit when the partner allows.

What Studio does to each input

  1. Finds the moments with the strongest hook using transcript, audio energy, and on-screen signals.
  2. Cuts vertical clips, reframes faces and products, and adds captions.
  3. Drafts a title, caption, and topic tags in the voice set in Set your brand identity: name, logo, colors, and voice.
  4. Proposes a group (see Brand communities and groups: structure content for relevance) and a set of placements by context match.
  5. Runs the brand safety baseline (see Set moderation, roles, and brand safety) and flags anything that needs a human.

Working in Studio

  • Inbox – everything pulled from sources, with status.
  • Drafts – review, edit, approve. Edits train your preferences; after a few dozen approvals most drafts need no edits.
  • Library – everything published, searchable by topic, group, source, and performance.
  • Adaptation – re-cut a published video for another placement size or another partner's brand kit (used by Extended O&O, Extended O&O: how managed syndication works end to end).

Limits by plan appear under Settings → Plan (see Plans explained: Free, Self-serve, and Enterprise). Canvas (see Canvas: run your network with growth and monetization agents) can schedule Studio so the library keeps growing without anyone opening the Inbox.

How it runs

What this article describes is built from your brand context and the crawl, shown rendered, and applied on your confirmation; later changes arrive as proposals in the same shape.

Support. Help is available 24/7 from Brand Control Center and from every page of these docs. Ask in plain language; when a person is needed, an account manager, developer, or Ops engineer joins the same thread and stays on it until it is resolved. Every Business Account owner has this on every plan (see 24/7 Octo-enabled support: how Octo brings in account managers, developers, and Ops).

API & SDK

Access: the calls in the table are the proposed Business Account API (see Business Account API: provisioning, OAuth, and the resource map), authenticated with a key scoped to the account and a role or an OAuth client acting for it; every confirmation in this article becomes a proposal you can approve by API (POST /proposals/{proposalId}:approve). Live today, the server API under /api/thirdparty authenticates with a gn-access-token (see Generate an access token), and Live API today and the Business Account API roadmap maps what is live to what is proposed.
