I've been writing thoughts on post-its for over a decade.

I've been writing thoughts on post-its for over a decade. One note, stuck above my desk. Within a few years, I had more than a hundred. I still do it, but it's color-coded now. Green for growth. Blue for marketing. Pink for personal. Yellow for operational. And most of the time, I forget why I wrote them. So this weekend, I'm cleaning house, sharing them here, "Wear Sunscreen"-style... and then I tossed them. But something hit me... These aren't random at all. Years of notes, all circling the same ideas: You can't rush trust. You can't automate belonging. You can't scale your way into people actually caring. Welcome to my Post-It Purge.
