Cancelling DEI is not just bad for humanity.
Cancelling DEI is not just bad for humanity. It's bad for business. So what's it going to take for us to see more corporate courage as opposed to cowardly compliance? And consumers are noticing. 🚨 Target’s foot traffic is down 7.9% YoY after erasing DEI commitments. 📉 Walmart saw a 5.2% drop after similar cutbacks. 🔥 Costco? Holding the line—and foot traffic is up 4.8%. Correlation ≠causation, but the message is clear: values matter.
