You’ve been lied to about green drinks! 🍏 Think all green drinks are healthy? Think again. Many are just fruit juice in disguise. Take Naked’s Green Machine: First ingredient? Apple juice (super high in fructose). 270 calories. 53g of sugar (yep, more than a soda). Instead, look for green drinks made with actual greens and minimal fruit—lemon or lime are best because they’re low in sugar. Better options: 1️⃣ @bloomsupps Greens Powder – easy and nutrient-packed. 2️⃣ @sujaorganic Lemon Love – my personal favorite. It’s refreshing, helps lower blood sugar, and gives your metabolism a boost with a kick of cayenne. #HealthyChoices #GreenDrinks #KnowYourIngredients
