Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijit Dipke on Saturday (July 18) announced that he is beginning an indefinite hunger strike after activist Sonam Wangchuk was shifted to Safdarjung Hospital by the Delhi Police. “I am starting an indefinite hunger strike beginning right now,” Dipke said in a post on X. He said that taking Sonam Wangchuk away will not stop the movement, the protesters will stay and march to Parliament on July 20.
