What is AGI? Read the caption 👇 Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is a hypothetical form of AI that would possess human-like cognitive abilities across a wide range of domains. AGI would have the capability to understand, learn, and apply intelligence broadly, similar to humans. This can learn and adapt to new systems even without training on that particular task. The AIs we are currently using are narrow AI, these learn only within a predefined scope. AGI is far greater than the AIs that we use today. This is like a double-edged sword, this has its own positives and negatives. But rumors say that OpenAI has internally achieved AGI. My takeaway? AGI is a powerful tool, but like fire, it needs careful handling.
