During a discussion in the Rajya Sabha on the Transgender Persons Amendment Bill, Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan objected to interruptions and a reduction in her speaking time. Amid repeated interruptions, she responded sharply to a member, remarking “Bacche baith jao”, as she attempted to continue her speech.
