As a busy orthopedic surgeon constantly on the move, @drvondawright knows that staying healthy isn’t just about squeezing in a workout between surgeries or staying active in her downtime—it’s an everyday commitment that touches all aspects of her life. With her demanding schedule, Dr. Wright has built a wellness routine that is as meticulous and thorough as the surgeries she performs. To maintain her hair health, she eats a high protein diet and uses hair products from @weareriman, that she says helps with shine and thickness. For skin health, she drinks a lot of fluid and has made a hormone replacement decision tailored to her needs. When traveling or on-the-go, her essentials include @mindbodygreen whey protein, a bag of mixed nuts and non-processed beef sticks from brands like @thinkjerky. For a breakdown of Dr. Wright’s full routine, head to the link in bio.
