A man dressed as a giant dog walked into the Khandwa Collectorate in Madhya Pradesh during a public hearing, protesting the city’s stray dog menace. The protestors alleged that Rs 40 lakh was billed for dog sterilisation despite no sterilisation being carried out, while around 13,225 people had reportedly suffered dog bites.
