The challenge:
Most platforms want content. But what they really need is curated, relevant content that feels native to the brand, the category, and the moment.
The opportunity:
Genuin helps you bring in diverse video content, from partners, creators, or customers, and place it where it matters most. With curation controls and community tagging, you decide what gets seen, where, and when.

How to map and restrict content to be shown to a user per request
- Metadata & taxonomy: Each video is enriched with detailed metadata, including transcripts, tags, visual elements, text, and audio cues. The taxonomy defines attributes such as category, topic, and brand ownership.
- Linkout mapping: Content is bound to call-to-actions (CTAs) resolved by your API (e.g., store_id, menu_item_id).
- Unique video mapping: Each video containing a linkout is mapped to a content mix within the placement feed algorithm. You can configure whether to allow multiple videos per brand or restrict single video per brand by enabling the “Map Unique Linkout Videos Only” feature. This feature ensures that only one video per brand appears in a given placement by identifying and mapping the unique linkout URL associated with that brand’s PDP (Product Detail Page).
