Creator Content Seeding/Aggregation (Non-monetized) (essential)

• Invite and integrate Creator content directly into Genuin via the Brand Control Center (BCC) (recommended)
  • Give access for Creator to:
    • Join existing Community + Group(s)
    • Join existing Community, but create new Group(s)
    • Create new Community and Group(s)
  • Ensure proper agreements and revenue share terms are in place
  • Determine how Creators will upload content to brand communities (essential)
    1. Camera/upload will work in your app (recommended)
    2. Download the Genuin Studio app for Creators to upload content (optional)
  • Each creator can connect (login authentication) their verified social accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to seamlessly bring in content (recommended)
  • Each creator syncs (scraping from their social handle with low reliability) social handles to fetch videos to relevant communities and groups on your destination (recommended for the quick start, optional for ongoing usage)

Add and assign creator team users

• Add as Core users
  • Identify admin(s) (essential)
  • Content manager(s) (recommended)
  • View-only access (optional)
• Add/invite as Community & Group admin(s)
  • Moderators (recommended)

Within the BCC, Studio app, and SDK, creators can:

• Add/edit Community & Groups
• Add/delete Members
• Invite other creators

Invite creators to contribute content inside your communities

• In the Manage tab, click “Users” → “Creators”
• Click “+ Add Creators” to open the invite panel
• Click “Import List”, upload a .csv file with creator info
• Click “Add” to complete invitations

Assign Creators as Community Admins: Allow creators to post directly into communities and groups

• In Manage, click “Communities” and select a specific community
• Click “Members”, then click “+ Add Members”
• Click “Import List”, upload a .csv, then click “Add Members”
• Click “General” in the sidebar and scroll to “Admins”
• Click “+ Add Admins”, search handles, and click “Add”
• (Mobile SDK) Open home feed, show “Create a Community” CTA
• Tap into a Group pill → show “+ Post” CTA available to admins

Add Creators as Group Members: Give posting access by adding creators as group members

• In Manage, click “Groups”, then select a group
• Click “Details”, highlight “Who can post: Group members only”
• Show access note: “Only Group Members and Community Admins can post”
• Click “Members”, then click “+ Add Members”
• Upload creator .csv file and click “Add Members”
• (Mobile SDK) Open Group pill → show “+ Post” CTA available

Encourage consumer participation and content interaction across brand ecosystems through Genuin-powered community engagement, UGC creation, and measurable in-app behaviors.

Community Activation:

• Enable community engagement for all brand partners.
• Allow consumers to post reviews, short videos, or reactions under the brand’s community feed.
• Curate featured UGC clips on your placements for authenticity and discovery.

UGC Challenges and Campaigns:

• Launch campaigns (Example: “Post Your Beauty GRWM Moment” or “Dine & Review Your Favorite Dish.”)
• Use BCC → Campaigns → UGC Challenges to manage entries, approvals, and leaderboards.
• Showcase top entries within the placement feed.

Engagement Tracking & Rewards:
