Getting this right from day one ensures your brand identity, access credentials, and account structure are properly aligned before you move into feed setup, monetization, or integrations.
What You’ll Do

Create Your Account (Sign Up)
Who this is for
Retailers, commerce platforms, and media teams launching a new network.
What this step does
Establishes your primary account and creates your brand workspace inside the Brand Control Center.
Step 1 - Enter Your Email and Password
Provide your email address. Click Verify Email to proceed.

Tip: Use a shared operations email if multiple stakeholders will manage the network.
Step 2 - Set Up Your Brand Profile
This defines how your brand appears across your network.
You’ll be asked to:
- Upload your brand logo/image
- Enter your brand name
- Choose your preferred brand URL

Your selected URL becomes your branded workspace inside Genuin.
Step 3 - Confirm Your Brand Name
Enter the official brand name exactly as it should appear to:
- Consumers
- Partners
- Advertisers
- Internal teams

Consistency here matters for governance and reporting clarity later.
Step 4 - Link Your Phone Number
Add your phone number to associate it with your account.
This supports:
- Account verification
- Security validation
- Recovery workflows

Once completed, your account setup is finalized.
You will be automatically redirected to the Brand Control Center dashboard.
Log In to the Brand Control Center
If your account is already created:
- Navigate to the Brand Control Center login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Enter your password
- Click Log In

You’ll land on your main dashboard, where you can begin configuring your Retail or Commerce Media Network.
