    This software is proprietary to Genuin Inc. ("Licensor") and is licensed, not sold.

    By downloading, installing, or using the Genuin SDK ("SDK"),
    you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement:

    1. LICENSE GRANT
       Licensor grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use
       the Genuin SDK solely for internal development and use in accordance with this agreement.

    2. RESTRICTIONS
       You may not:
        - Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the Genuin SDK to any third party.
        - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Genuin SDK, except to
          the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
        - Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Genuin SDK.

    3. OWNERSHIP
       The Genuin SDK is licensed, not sold. Genuin Inc. retains all rights, title, and
       interest in and to the SDK, including all associated intellectual property rights.

    4. NO WARRANTY
       The Genuin SDK is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
       Genuin Inc. makes no representations or guarantees that the SDK will be error-free or
       operate without interruptions.

    5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
       In no event shall Genuin Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
       consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits,
       business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to
       use the SDK, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

    6. TERMINATION
       This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if
       you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all
       copies of the SDK in your possession or control.

    7. GOVERNING LAW
       This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
       the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
       Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought
       exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County,
       New York, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
