When you finish, you have chosen how money flows through your network and which agreement governs it, and Brand Control Center (BCC) has generated that agreement for signature. Your part takes about 10 minutes.

## Before you begin

- Network model chosen (see [Choose your network model: Owned, Extended, Commerce, or Retail](https://begenuin.com/developers/get-started/any-business/choose-network-model)) and at least one demand source connected (see [Add brand partners and demand partners](https://begenuin.com/developers/get-started/any-business/add-partners)).
- An Owner role (see [Invite your team and assign roles](https://begenuin.com/developers/get-started/any-business/invite-team-assign-roles)). Only Owners can sign.

## Choose your path

**Pick an agreement to see when it fits and what it covers**

- **Network revenue share**: Pick it when you want Genuin network demand with no sales effort.
  - Default for: Free networks, Most Self-serve networks
  - What it covers:
    - Genuin network demand: A share of the revenue; No minimums
  - Only Owners can sign.
- **Platform agreement**: Pick it when you sell to your own brand partners and run your own ad server.
  - What it covers:
    - Revenue from your own partners: Platform fee
    - Genuin network demand: Revenue share for the remainder
  - Only Owners can sign.
- **Managed service (Extended O&O)**: Pick it when you want Genuin to operate distribution, ad ops, and partner sales for your brand across owned and extended inventory.
  - What it covers:
    - All channels: Revenue share
    - Service levels
    - Commitments: Content and production
  - Only Owners can sign.
- **Commerce media schedule**: Pick it when you monetize with first-party data, shoppable placements, and closed-loop attribution.
  - What it covers:
    - Everything in managed service: Revenue share across all channels; Service levels; Content and production commitments
    - Added for commerce (Adds): Data use terms; Attribution windows; Margin reporting
  - Only Owners can sign.

![Diagram: how your agreement is generated. Three inputs flow into Octo. Your network model and partners decide which agreement fits. Your Business Account supplies the legal entity, billing contact, brands, properties, and the demand sources you approved. Optionally, your own paper (MSAs, DPAs, procurement rules) lets Octo flag conflicts before your legal team sees them. Octo produces a draft for signature: the agreement that fits, your terms filled in, and each clause specific to you explained in one line.](https://cdn.sanity.io/images/lnrtvsvr/development/d67fc1e514f1940f7a4c793f1bea0f3e898c0bc6-720x424.svg)
*Whichever agreement you pick, Octo fills it from what your account already knows and hands you a draft to approve.*

## What Octo does

![Diagram: six steps in two lanes. Octo: 1, proposes the agreement that fits your model and partners; 2, fills it from your Business Account: legal entity, billing contact, brands, properties, and the demand sources you approved; 3, drafts the agreement for signature and explains each clause specific to you in one line. You: 4, review the agreement type and the filled-in terms, and change the model or a term while Octo regenerates the draft; 5, choose Approve for signature, and the draft moves to Awaiting signature. Octo: 6, routes the draft to the signer you named; only Owners can sign. Result: a draft agreement awaiting signature, with a payout profile to complete next.](https://cdn.sanity.io/images/lnrtvsvr/development/078024c0b109131e2d16b9fe03ca74a27551b987-720x681.svg)
*Octo proposes, fills, and drafts the agreement; you approve the terms and send it for signature.*

1. Octo, Genuin's Supervised Intelligence interface, proposes the agreement that fits your model and partners (network revenue share, platform agreement, managed service for Extended O&O, commerce media schedule, buyer agreement for demand aggregators) and fills it from your Business Account: legal entity, billing contact, brands, properties, and the demand sources you approved.
2. Octo drafts the agreement for signature and explains each clause that is specific to you in one line.

## What you approve

- The agreement type and the filled-in terms. Change the model or a term; Octo regenerates the draft.
- Choose **Approve for signature**. The draft moves to Awaiting signature and Octo routes it to the signer you named.

## Make Octo smarter

- Upload your paper (MSAs, DPAs, procurement rules) under Brand → Context → Legal; Octo reconciles the Genuin agreement against it and flags conflicts before your legal team sees them.

**Need help?** Octo is available 24/7 in BCC and on every page of these docs. Ask it in plain language; when the answer needs a person, Octo brings the right account manager, developer, or Ops engineer into the same thread and stays on it until it is solved. Every Business Account owner has this, on every plan (see [24/7 Octo support: how Octo brings in account managers, developers, and Ops](https://begenuin.com/developers/get-started/any-business/24-7-octo-support-how-octo-brings-in-account-managers-developers-and-ops)).

## What you get

- A draft agreement in **Monetize → Agreement** with a status of *Awaiting signature*.
- A payout profile to complete in [Sign your agreement and authorize sellers](https://begenuin.com/developers/get-started/any-business/sign-agreement).
